Jerome M. Beale founded The Beale Group, Inc. in 1976 with a humble vision of establishing a firm that would not only benefit his clients but be an asset within the communities in which he was involved. The Beale Group Sells West Bloomfield, MI Shopping Center
West Bloomfield, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. was successful in brokering the sale of Bloomfield Avenue Shoppes, LLC. It is a 58,000 square foot shopping center located at 6041-6199 Haggerty Road. The buyer is West Bloomfield Shoppes I, LLC. The Beale Group agents involved in this transaction were Steven Beale, Greg Newman and Steve Shamoun who were able to assist both the seller and buyer in all aspects of the sale including financing. The Beale Group will continue with the leasing and have also been able to secure the management of the shopping center.

Popular Burger Joint Coming to Michigan!
Five Guys Burgers & Fries originated in Arlington, VA in the late 1980s and has since opened more than 300 locations throughout the country. Five Guys is based on fresh cooked-to-order hamburgers and fries with a variety of toppings, although they do offer kosher hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and veggie sandwiches. Five Guys has gained such popularity that it is now opening two locations in Michigan. The Beale Group, Inc. exclusively represents the franchisee of Michigan and has secured two locations for them. The first will be located in Macomb Twp at the intersection of Hall Road and Romeo Plank, across the street from Lakeside Mall. The second location is in Southfield at the intersection of 9 Mile and Greenfield Road. Many other locations are currently being secured.
