The Beale Group Sells Portfolio of Shopping Centers
The Beale Group, Inc. has completed the sale of a 6 shopping center portfolio, totaling over 150,000 SF. All shopping centers are in southeast Michigan. The cities in which the shopping centers are located are as follows… Canton, West Bloomfield, Farmington, Novi, Walled Lake and Waterford. The purchaser purchased the shopping centers for an undisclosed amount. The Beale Group will continue the leasing and property management of all shopping centers. Matthew Berke, Steven Beale, Ryan Kattoo and Ryan Duff of The Beale Group worked diligently for both the buyer and the seller to complete this sale.
