Beale founded The Beale Group, Inc. in 1976 with a humble and honest vision of establishing a firm that would not only benefit his clients but be an asset within the communities in which he was involved. Now, almost 30 years later, his vision has not only come to fruition, it has expanded and evolved into the next generation of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

Fed lowers interest rates by half a point
The US Federal Reserve on Wednesday lowered its target for a key US interest rate by half a point to 1.5 percent "in light of evidence pointing to a weakening of economic activity and a reduction in inflationary pressures". (Click here to read more...)
Rescue Bill’s Passage Holds Good Tidings for Real Estate
Real estate stands to gain from last week's passage of a $ 700 billion rescue plan. The bill will help commercial real estate more than residential real estate, according to National Association of Realtors cheif economist Lawrence Yun. Popular Burger Joint Coming to Michigan!
Five Guys Burgers & Fries originated in Arlington, VA in the late 1980s and has since opened more than 300 locations throughout the country. Five Guys is based on fresh cooked-to-order hamburgers and fries with a variety of toppings, although they do offer kosher hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and veggie sandwiches. Five Guys has gained such popularity that it is now opening two locations in Michigan. The Beale Group, Inc. exclusively represents the franchisee of Michigan and has secured two locations for them. The first will be located in Macomb Twp at the intersection of Hall Road and Romeo Plank, across the street from Lakeside Mall. The second location is in Southfield at the intersection of 9 Mile and Greenfield Road. Many other locations are currently being secured.
