Jerome Beale is the president of The Beale Group, Inc. He has been an active commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of strip shopping centers. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from the University of Detroit and completed his graduate studies toward his MBA program. He spends much of his time mentoring his associates within the office. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Matthew Berke joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 1993 as a licensed sales associate while still attending Wayne State University. In 1999 he was promoted to Vice President and now holds a primary leadership role as part of the management team, overseeing daily operations as well as staff training and development. Matt received his broker's license in 2001 and is currently a CCIM candidate. He is active with the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and Commercial Board of Realtors as well as a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Matt continues to work on investment sales representing both buyers and sellers while handling selected leasing accounts.

Harry Barash rejoined the Beale Group in January 2011.  He brings a tremendous amount of experience to the Beale Group having been a 14 year veteran of the industry, working with some of the leading retail firms in the area. Harry is also the Area Developer for southeastern Michigan for California-based retailer, Play N Trade Video Games, the 2^nd largest video game specialty retailer in the country giving him invaluable knowledge of understanding not just the real estate process, but also operations of a franchise organization.  Harry is a member of International Counsel of Shopping Centers, the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce and is a CCIM candidate.

Sy Guttman recently joined The Beale Group, Inc. with 20 years of experience in various areas of real estate. He has two college degrees, one in business and another in education. The areas in which he has gained experience are restaurant services in which he once owned ten restaurants simultaneously, disposition in which he handled 74 properties in 18 states for Kmart Corporation, site selection in which he dedicated 5 years to Amoco in southeast Michigan and development in which he provided his knowledge to Walgreen’s to assemble, develop and sell various locations. Sy’s knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate earned him a nomination for Broker of the Year in 2001 for NAI.

Ryan Kattoo has been licensed as a real estate agent since 1992. In February 2011 he was promoted to Vice President, he continues to successfully handle all aspects of real estate for his clients. Receiving his first degree in business administration at Oakland Community College in 1993, he then continued his education at Walsh College receiving a bachelors degree in1996 majoring in the field of finance. While attending college, he owned and operated his own business while still remaining active in the real estate field. After completing college, Ryan worked full time on his lifetime career of commercial real estate leasing and sales. Continuing his education, he is currently a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and is working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Greg Newman has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. Greg joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2003 and was promoted to Vice President in 2011. His past experience includes residential property management and five years of commercial brokerage with Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. and Insite Commercial Group, L.L.C., prior to joining the Beale Group, Inc. Greg graduated from Western Michigan University and is a member of ICSC, Commercial Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors and is a CCIM Candidate. Greg’s strong focus areas include tenant representation, leasing existing space and pre- leasing new retail space and property management. Additionally, he continues to work on shopping center investment sales representing both buyers and sellers.

Steve Shamoun  joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2000. Being trilingual, speaking English, Arabic and Chaldean, gives him an edge to communicate with both buyers and sellers and expedite a deal. Steve specializes in landlord representation and investment sales. Steve's past experiences include being a business owner as well as working for other real estate companies. Steve is also a member of the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Crystal Kajy has been a part of The Beale Group, Inc. since 2000. Her experience in the real estate industry includes the preparation of leasing and sales documents.  She graduated from Oakland University and received a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Development. 

Lindsay Pearce  joined The Beale Group in February 2006 as the office receptionist. She assists the agents with any and all administrative duties, answering a 10 line phone system and assisting the marketing department.  Lindsay graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Stacey Sheena  joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2010 as the office receptionist. She assists the agents with any and all administrative duties, answering a 10 line phone system and assisting the marketing department.

Shannon Azzo joined the Beale Group, Inc. this past year as the office receptionist. She assists the agents with any and all administrative duties, answering a 10 line phone system and assisting the marketing department.
