Jerome Beale is the president of The Beale Group, Inc. He has been an active commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of strip shopping centers. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from the University of Detroit and completed his graduate studies toward his MBA program. He spends much of his time mentoring his associates within the office. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Steven Beale has been licensed with The Beale Group, Inc. since 1990 and now holds a primary leadership role as part of the management team, overseeing daily operations as well as staff training and development. Steven's vast knowledge of the industry has evolved over the past 15 years through his education at Eastern Michigan University and his extensive involvement in sales and leasing transactions. Steven Beale's multidimensional background, having viewed the industry as a developer, broker and a tenant, has provided him with a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of his clients. Steven is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and chairman of the "Next Generation Program".

Matthew Berke joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 1993 as a licensed sales associate while still attending Wayne State University. In 1999 he was promoted to Vice President and now holds a primary leadership role as part of the management team, overseeing daily operations as well as staff training and development. Matt received his broker's license in 2001 and is currently a CCIM candidate. He is active with the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and Commercial Board of Realtors as well as a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Matt continues to work on investment sales representing both buyers and sellers while handling selected leasing accounts.

Kevin Berke joined The Beale Group, Inc. in October 2007. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in public speaking and communications. Kevin started his business career owning multiple businesses, ranging from wireless stores to novelty shops. His enthusiasm for business and his willingness to learn has quickly made him a valuable member of The Beale Group team.

 

Joaquin A. De Los Santos joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2004 as part of the Marketing Department as well as to assist in brokerage deals.  Joaquin became a licensed real estate agent in 2001.  His past experience includes working for Remerica and Colliers International. Joaquin has been a large part of the growth at the Beale Group.  Joaquin is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Ryan Duff joined The Beale Group, Inc. as a licensed agent in 2001 after attending Schoolcraft College. He has been involved in every aspect of retail development, specializing in representing landlords. His energetic attitude has helped him quickly succeed in the business and is a great asset to the company. Ryan is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Ferris Hamama joined The Beale Group, Inc. in February 2008.  He has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years.  His vast knowledge of the industry has evolved through his years in the field.  Ferris’ wide range of experience in all aspects of the real estate market is a benefit to bring into the commercial field.  Ferris is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan Kattoo has been licensed as a real estate agent since 1992. As an associate broker with The Beale Group, Inc., he now continues to successfully handle all aspects of real estate for his clients. Receiving his first degree in business administration at Oakland Community College in 1993, he then continued his education at Walsh College receiving a bachelors degree in1996 majoring in the field of finance. While attending college, he owned and operated his own business while still remaining active in the real estate field. After completing college, Ryan worked full time on his lifetime career of commercial real estate leasing and sales. Continuing his education, he is currently a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and is working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Gregory Newman has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. Greg joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2003. His past experience includes residential property management and five years with other real estate companies. Greg graduated from Western Michigan University. Greg is a member of ICSC, Commercial Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors and is a CCIM Candidate. Greg's strong focus areas include Tenant Representation, leasing existing space and pre- leasing new retail and commercial developments.

Steve Shamoun joined The Beale Group, Inc. in 2000. Being trilingual, speaking English, Arabic and Chaldean, gives him an edge to communicate with both buyers and sellers and expedite a deal. Steve specializes in landlord representation and investment sales. Steve's past experiences include being a business owner as well as working for other real estate companies. Steve is also a member of the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Jeanine Yono joined The Beale Group, Inc. in
November of 2004.  As the Marketing Director, 
she is responsible for the marketing, advertising and public relations of the company.  In addition, Jeanine maintains all aspects of conventions and networking events for the company.  She graduated in December of 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Marketing from Wayne State University.

Crystal Kajy has been a part of The Beale Group, Inc. since 2000. Her experience in the real estate industry includes the preparation of leasing and sales documents.  She graduated from Oakland University and received a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Development.

Lindsay Pearce joined The Beale Group in February 2006 as the office receptionist. She assists the agents with any and all administrative duties, answering a 10 line phone system and assisting the marketing department.
