Southfield, MI –The Beale Group, Inc. has leased space to Aviance Hair Studio at 29111 Greenfield Road located on the west side of Greenfield Road just north of 12 Mile Road.  Greg Newman represented the Landlord and finalized a five year lease agreement with the Tenant.

West Bloomfield, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. represented a tenant in securing a 5 year lease for a hair salon at 33260 W. 14 Mile Road. Salon Domani will occupy 2,689 SF of retail space for a full-service hair salon. LaKritz-Wber represented the landlord, Simsbury F/14 LLC.

Detroit, MI- Ryan Kattoo and Matthew Berke represented both tenant and landlord in securing a lease at Gallery at Warren Conner. Metro PCS, a national retailer, will now occupy space within the shopping center.

Detroit, MI- Ferris Hamama of The Beale Group recently sold a building in Detroit. The building is located at 18519 Mack Avenue. Ferris represented both the buyer and seller.

Birmingham, MI –The Beale Group, Inc. has leased 4,108 square feet of space to Search Cactus, LLC, d/b/a Cactus Media, at 176 N. Old Woodward Avenue, Birmingham Michigan.  Greg Newman represented the Tenant and finalized a seventy four month (74) lease agreement.  The Tenant will be relocating from Troy to downtown Birmingham.  Cactus Media is an internet company who connects publishers and advertisers thru performance based marketing.

Garden City, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. completed a hair salon deal at Ford Road and Middlebelt Road. Steve Shamoun represented both the tenant and the landlord.

Troy, MI- Matthew Berke and Ryan Duff secured a lease at 74 Maple Road with a hair salon. The Beale Group represented both the tenant and the landlord.

Livonia, MI- Matthew Berke represented Five Guys Burgers and Fries in securing a lease at Wonderland Village. Five Guys newest location is at Plymouth Road and Middlebelt Road. Landmark Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Canton, MI- Matthew Berke and Ryan Duff represented both the landlord and tenant in completed a lease at Ford Road and Lilley Road. Five Guys Burgers and Fries, a national burger chain, will be Canton Plaza’s newest tenant.

Battle Creek, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. was successful in assisting in the purchase of a 7,000 SF building located at 1180 W. Columbia. Midwest Realty represented the seller and Matthew Berke of The Beale Group represented the buyer.

Waterford, MI- Ryan Kattoo of The Beale Group, Inc. represented the landlord of M-59 Plaza in securing a tenant at the shopping center. The new tenant, Leisure Time Spas & Billiards, was represented by Ludwig & Seeley.

Woodhaven, MI- The Beale Group represented both tenant and landlord in securing retail space at Woodhaven Commons located on West Road. The new tenant is a karate training facility. Ryan Kattoo was the broker that handled this transaction.

Farmington Hills, MI- Matthew Berke of The Beale Group successfully completed a lease deal at 29955 Orchard Lake Road. Metro Carpet will now occupy 13,800 SF of retail space next to Leslie Pools.
