The Beale Group Gives Back to the Community
Continuing the tradition The Beale Group started during the holiday season of 2007, they volunteered their time at Lighthouse of Oakland County. Lighthouse provides inspiration and support for people in need as they move from crisis to self-sufficiency. One of the services provided by Lighthouse is PATH which provides housing for homeless mothers and their children. The Beale Group painted, decorated and furnished two apartments for families that are moving in. “It is one thing to give a monetary donation, but it is a complete other thing when you put in the physical labor to help others. It was very satisfying to know that the families will live in the comfort of their own home in time for the cold season”, explains Steven Beale. The Beale Group will continue with their volunteer efforts this coming holiday season.
Warren, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. just completed a 10 year lease with Five Guys Burgers & Fries. The new location is 12 Mile Road & Mound Road, in a Meijer anchored shopping center. This lease was co-brokered with Darryl Goodwin of Lormax Stern. This is the 3rd location for Five Guys which is set to open in the early months of 2009.
Walled Lake, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. just completed a three year deal at 1258 S. Commerce Road, also known as Penny Lake Plaza. Kevin Berke represented the landlord in securing Elite Martial Arts as a tenant.
Warren, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. completed a lease with a formal wear shop at 30758-30764 Ryan Road, south of 13 Mile Road. They will be occupying 3,800 square feet of retail space. Ryan Duff represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
West Bloomfield, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. represented the landlord of 7399-7499 Middlebelt Road and 14 Mile Road and secured a lease with a legal office. Michelle Rosenblum of CORE Partners represented the tenant.
Holly, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. has fully leased a neighborhood shopping center located at 15201 N. Holly Road. The final tenant to occupy space is Metro PCS. Ryan Duff and Steven Beale represented the landlord and Steve Shamoun represented the tenant in this transaction.
Detroit, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. has secured Little Caesars as a tenant at 7431-7455 Gratiot Avenue, also known as Townsend Plaza. Townsend Plaza is located on Gratiot Avenue south of Van Dyke Road. JJ Scmitt of Marlin Properties represented the tenant in this transaction.
