Livonia, MI- The Beale Group, Inc. was successful in leasing 11,200 SF of space to Dollar General. The plaza is located at the intersection of Eight Mile and Middlebelt managed and leased by the Beale Group with 3,200 SF remaining for lease. Matthew Berke represented the Landlord and Drew Warner of Eclipse Real Estate represented the Tenant.

Five Guys- The Beale Group, Inc. represents this fast growing burger chain and has recently helped secure five new locations. Canton at the intersection of Ford & Lilley, Woodhaven in the Woodhaven Village Square at West & Allen, Eastpointe at the corner of Gratiot and Nine Mile, and Grand Blanc at Saginaw and Dort. Matthew Berke represents this Tenant.

Garden City, MI- The Beale Group represented the Landlord and secured a new lease with City Rehab. This physical therapy business will occupy 4,228 SF on Warren Avenue west of Inkster. Kevin Berke represented the Landlord.

Monroe, MI- The Beale Group helped Salon Centric secure a location in Monroe at the Holiday Plaza on Telegraph. Ryan Kattoo and Kevin Berke in conjunction with Atlantic Real Estate Services represented the Tenant.

Smokers Outlet- The Beale Group helps Smokers Outlet expand. Matthew Berke and Ryan Kattoo represented the Tenant in securing locations in Algonac, Ann Arbor, Brownstown, Burton, Holly, Livonia, Mt. Clemens, Richmond, Shelby Township, Southgate, Sterling Heights, Westland and White Lake. This fast growing chain is seeking location of 1,500-2,000 SF.

Bay City, MI- The Beale Group represented the Landlord in securing a new Tenant at the A&Z Plaza on Wilder Road across from the Bay City Mall. Big Apple Bagels leased a 2,200 SF. Matthew Berke and Ryan Kattoo represented the Landlord.

Southfield, MI- The Beale Group sells the McVee’s Bar & Restaurant. This longtime family owned business on Telegraph Road was sold to a new owner operator. Matthew Berke represented the Seller. 

Detroit, MI- Greg Newman of The Beale Group represented the Landlord in securing Subway at the LaPlaza Mercado. Subway was represented by Rick Shlom and signed a five year lease.

Verizon- The Beale Group completes two deals with Verizon. Matthew Berke and Kevin Berke represented the Tenant in securing a location at the Mariners Pointe Shopping Center in Clinton Township. Kevin Berke represented the Landlord at Ten Mile and Evergreen in this 2,270 SF location.

Saginaw, MI- The Beale Group secures a new lease for the Bay Plaza in Saginaw. Woodcraft leases 6,850 SF in the shopping center across from Fashion Square Mall. The Tenant was represented by Miles Gatland.

Detroit, MI- The Beale Group secures a new location for Real BarBQ. This new chain signs on for its third location at the Harbor Town shopping center on Jefferson Avenue. Matthew Berke and Ryan Kattoo represented the Tenant.

Kumon- The Beale Group secures three locations for Kumon. Kevin Berke represented the Tenant in securing new locations in Novi, Clarkston and Ann Arbor.

Sheby Township, MI- The Beale Group represents Comerica Bank in selling vacant land in Shelby Township. Greg Newman of represented the Seller and Ryan Duff represented the Purchaser.

Waterford, MI- The Beale Group secures a new Tenant for the M-59 Shopping Center. Ryan Kattoo represented the Landlord leasing space to Sears Hometown Stores who will occupy 7,304SF.
